Assembly
Today’s assembly was a busy whole school assembly in the Stage Hall. The Friday Group performed their song about Dyslexia. We talked about Black History Month, The Jewish New Year and our Right of the Month (Article 2 – All children have rights no matter what).
Bake Sale
At the time of writing, we have had a fantastic response to our Bake Sale! There are many wonderful and delicious items for sale and the children have enjoyed using money to buy their little treats. Thanks to all our helpers and bakers! I’ll share the total raised next week.
P3 Show
We are really looking forward to watching the P3 Show next week! Everyone is pulling together to ensure we have a great performance.
School Lunches
Please remember to order school lunches by Wednesday at 10pm for week commencing 21st October after the school holidays.
P6 CEC iPads
We have all had our iPads registered and delivered and are ready to be distributed to our P6 learners. We will host a short 20 minute information meeting on Monday from 3.30pm to 3.50pm in the Stage Hall open to all P6 Parents and Carers. Once we have all our contracts signed, then we can start using the technology as a learning tool.
From next week we will have a ratio of 1:1 iPad devices in P6 and P7 and 1:5 across the rest of the school stages.
October Mid Term Break
A heads up that we break for our October Mid Term Holiday on Friday 11th October. We welcome everyone back to school on Tuesday 22nd October at the usual times.
