Assembly

This morning, the Upper Assembly discussed September’s Right of the Month is Article 42, Children have the right to learn about their rights.

The Lower Assembly talked about Fairtrade and Article 42.  We also got to meet the 4 House Captains and 4 Vice Captains for this session.  See @bpslearners on X for our photo!

Epic

P5 had an amazing extended day in the Pentland Hills on Thursday.  Children had an amazing time developing their skills outdoors with varying challenges including hillwalking, low ropes and problem solving.  The day finished around the firepit as the sun set.  Thanks to all the staff who helped support an amazing long day outdoors!

Our next school event

*** Hold the date – On Friday 4 October we are holding a Bruntsfield Bake Sale!  Our aim is  to raise funds for resources linked to delivering outdoor learning at The Links and further afield, dry bags, bug viewers, orienteering resources, etc. More details to follow.
