Today we all gathered together to say our farewells to our P7 and anyone else who is leaving us for pastures new. Lots of tears and smiling faces! We also awarded our prestigious Catherine Gerrard P7 Art prize to Esme G in P7. Here’s a bit more information about the award. Achievements
Congratulations to our 2 P6 pupils Mia G and Sasha S won the Saltire Championships last weekend. (attached). This was the national championship organised by the TwirlSport Scotland Majorettes. The girls are winners in the 9-11 year old category.
Haruo U in P4C has been selected to represent Scotland as a member of the U12 Scottish chess team in the upcoming Stokes Cup. Stokes Cup is a part of the Glory Gilbert festival, which is an annual junior team chess competition between Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland. Volunteers
On Thursday 27th, I held a coffee and scone thank you to all our volunteers who do amazing things for our school. It was lovely to sit and chat in a relaxed and informal context. If you have time and would like to volunteer and help, please let us know in August. We would love to have you on board!
