Dear Parents/Carers,

As you know, schools in Edinburgh will be closed to pupils on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week due to industrial action by non-teaching staff.

All class teachers will be in school delivering online learning using Teams.  Your child will be issued with a check in time with their teacher.  Each stage has a different time to suit large families.

There will be literacy and numeracy tasks plus some relevant additional challenges. Class Teachers will outline which tasks could be completed on the relevant days. Paper versions of tasks may be available.

We will not be keeping a register for these 3 days.  However, it would be helpful if you could notify the class teacher through Teams if your child is unable to complete tasks issued due to family or personal circumstances.  The class teacher will then know not to expect completed work.
