P5 Triathlon Champion

Innes (P5b) became a national triathlon champion on Saturday, winning the Tristars 1 (Under 10) category at the Scottish National Youth Triathlon Championships at Bellahouston Park in Glasgow.

Innes had chosen this race as one of his specific  goals and showed impressive commitment to his training in order to achieve his success. The distances were 150m swim, 4km cycle and 1500m run. He won the event by nearly a minute with some particularly impressive times for the cycle (7mins 40s) and the run (5min 30s).
